Day 1 & 2 (eating the same stuff days kept it easy) 500 calories = 1 paprika rice cake - 33 calories
= 2 Ryvita with low fat houmous - 400 calories

I was so tired on Day 3 (not from the diet, from lack of sleep). 200 cals worth of very dark chocolate, one plain Ryvita and half a mini malt loaf seemed to give me the lift I needed.

I struggled yesterday on day Day 4, tired and having to psyche myself up to get through lockdown. I had the other half of the mini malt loaf I'd had on day 3, a paprik rice cake, and a bag of kale crisps, which in total came to 187, but found myself blowing the rest and maybe going slightly over on dark chocolate and whisky. Today is 100 so I've put a bag of 98 cal chickpea crisps to one side and told myself to wait and have them this evening as my intake.

Day 6 (200 cal) - I'm such a cliche, using my calories on rice cakes and vodka...
Day 7 (300 cal) -
2 rice cakes (one paprika, one caramel) - 78 cal
1 Bag of chickpea crisps - 90cal
Going under limit yesterday probably wasn't very smart. I was very sleepless. Going to make sure I actually have the full allocated 400 calories today, especially with a fast day coming up in a couple of days.

Can you tell I;m using up all the packets I opened yesterday?!
Total - 411 out of permitted 500. Ready to tackle the first fast day today. I'm used to fast days from my previous diet, so I should be okay.

Day 12-14
Forgot to keep up with this accountability over the weekend, but have been sticking to it.
Yesterdays 350 cal was provided by 2 rice cakes (1 paprika, 1 caramel=76 cal) , a packet of graze protein bbq pulses(136), 1 ryvita (31) and a scoop of low cal pineapple sorbet (74)

Day 15 - 250
Was ready to chastise myself over the quarter of a medium baguette I ate because bread is so demonised by DietLand but found that at 88 calories it still fell under my limit.
Plus 1 paprika rice cake (I know I seem obsessed but at 33 calories they deal with a lot of my other cravings...)

Waited until 9:30pm for the malt loaf and ate it way too quick...
Fast day today...

Day 18 - 200 - some 192 cal miso noodle soup, It was pretty underwhelming

Day 19 -100 - 100 worth of grapes
Day 20 - Fast. I''m used to restriction and haven't felt too many effects of the diet until this point, but my stomach was rumbling by mid-morning on this day.
Day 21- 300. Woke up feeling rough and headachy and admittedly used my calories unwisely! Ate a quarter of baguette way too fast early in the day (88) and then an ounce of dark chocolate (143) , and had a caramel rice cake (43) in the evening

Hey I’m doing the ABC too and I was wondering how much you’ve lost so far?
Not quite as much as I'd hoped! (Blame lockdown and the huge drop in physical activity) but last weekend people noticed and said I'd definitely lost some.
I'm not very "typical", I don't weigh myself! How are you finding it?
