It's been alright for me. I'm not quite as far in as you are, but I hope to have the same will power. I bet you've lost more than u think. :)

Its certainly kept my weight in check through lockdown if nothing else

Day 24 - 100
Day 25- 50
Day 26 -100

Living off frozen grapes and starting to feel heady now.

Day 27 - 200
Carb cravings high today so one paprika rice cake (33) and a bag of chipstick crisps (83) which I don't think I've eaten since I was a kid!

Day 28 -200 - 2 paprika rice cakes (66) Ryvita (51)
Day 29 - 300 - Same as 28 but with 1 oz Dark chocolate (167)

800 calorie day today! Part of me is looking forward to it, part of me actually apprehensive, but I'm going to try and genuinely get to the 800 as the numbers have clearly been chosen for a reason and it might make me feel better , especially with a fast day tomorrow. Its actually daunting though!

Day 30-34
Been slack updating this, probably because I don't want to admit how hard its getting. Wasted my 800 cals on day 30 on bread (cravings have been high) but did consequently get through day 31 (fast day).
Day 32- 250- 1 33 calories rice cake and one 180 calories cup of cooked cous cous
Be lying if I said days 33-34 at the weekend were not alcohol heavy... would I be failing if I had a day off from it today, and resumed tomorrow with the next fast day?
With my history of restriction, I expected this to be easier at this point! It would have been a breeze at one point in my life.

Day 33 - Got through my fast day by caving and having a day off from the ABC the day before. I hope this doesn't make me a failure at this because I'm sure I would have once had the willpower :(

Day 36 - 500
100 cal protein bar
70cals of dark chocolate + 67 cals of grapes
200 cals of unsalted popcorn

Think I'll probably start having one day off a week as it helped at the beginning of the week.

In the most atypical thing ever, I don't weigh myself! I was disappointed with how little I seemed to have done, but relieved to have controlled by weight in lockdown with reduction of physical activity etc. However I ordered a new dress in my usual size and I need to alter it...

Day 37 - 450

Another half portion of the unsalted popcorn - 200

Graze protein -139

Salt and vinegar rice cake - 33

 

Days 38-42 (400/350/300/250/200)

Motivated by how close to the end I am, dark chocolate and savoury rice cakes have covered cravings, but I definitely feel the cue for another day off - saying to myself " have a day off but be sensible with it," sooner than taking a cue to binge which is what its so easy to be on the edge of all the time with the ABC.

Day 43 - 200 I was right about having a day off making it easier. From now until until Christmas I'm going to rigidly stick to a few items to limit myself to a few items - as I've mentioned, frozen grapes, savoury rice cakes and small pieces of dark chocolate seem to be cover all cravings. I imagine this is making very monotous reading, so I won't document here every day!

Okay, really ended up not feeling good last night after limiting to grapes and savoury rice cakes . I've often found on previous restricting diets that I've felt weirdly off in the bath or shower, and this is what happened last night

Day 49 - 150
Two rice cakes and two small pieces of 70% dark chocolate
Day 50 - Its nearly 5pm and I'm on my fast day and final day! I don't know if I'd recommend the ABC but people have said I've lost weight a size 6 dress I ordered is too big on my top half. Its certainly been one way to keep me in check in lockdown, but I don't know if I'll do it again in the new year
