Hello everybody! 

Thougt of trying the IU-Diet because I am not disciplined enough right now so trying out a short diet seems nice. Also, I just don't have the energy for counting calories for some weeks now, so yeah. 

IU was something that I wanted to try for a long time but sweet potatoes are so pricey in Germany. 

 

Starting weight: 59,5kg 

Height: 166cm 

 

Breakfast: 1 Apple

Lunch: 1 big sweet potatoe 

Dinner: 1 protein drink 

 

That's the plan. I always have apples at home and bought three big sweet potatoes that I'm going to bake. I don't normally drink protein drinks so I don't have mixes at home. Just going to buy pre-made ones from the grocery store. 

 

Also, no training for me. I feel weak already and depression also kicks in pretty hard the recent weeks (months, years, actually). But since I still have work outside I will walk a little every day. It's not much, but it's something I guess. 

 

Hello again! 

I ended the diet successfully. Weight loss was 1,3kg (2,8lbs). As mentioned, I didn't do any sport. 

I wouldn't really recommend it. Even though it wasn't that little food, I felt hungry and especially the last night after the third day was pretty annoying. I'd rather do a mono for three days. 

Results are alright for just three days but I honestly expected a little more weight loss. But I surely won't complain about losing 1kg. 

 

I'm going to update this thread since I want to know, if I'll gain it all again or not. I won't binge or anything, just between high restriction and maintenance.

Second day. I lost 0,6 (a little more than 1 pound) so I'm a 58,9kg.
I feel a little dizzy but that was to expect. Just made my self a kettle of black tea to go with my Honey Crisp apple. Might sprinkle some cinnamon on it because why not.

Not the most appealing picture but it was pretty good. Definitely better than yesterday where I just baked the whole thing. I'm thinking of mashing them tomorrow?

This drink was better than yesterday's but I really noticed the artificial sweeteners. Was about 160kcal if I remembered correctly. fff02f2a6978d723b728e99d49fbc373.jpg

Woke up and checked in with 58,4kg which is a loss of 500g (1pound).
Would love to be at 58kg or even below it tomorrow. :)

And my last sweet potato. :)
It tasted good but would have been better with squeezed lemon juice. I cooked it and partly smashed it afterwards.

The diet is over.
Today me wage was at 58,2kg which is a little disappointing.
