IM SO NERVOUS ABOUT THIS bc this is the first time i post my body here i think so please be nice:( this is me in my fav pants hehe
I've been high restricting for 75 days now, i have no idea what my weight is but im 167.5cm and ive been eating an average of 1100 calories a day. my average TDEE was 2000 calories i think, sometimes a lot less sometimes a lot more. i never binged. just wanted to motivate anyone that is considering higher restriction but is scared, just like i was.
my BMI is probably in the 19's and my goal is the 15's so thats definitely not an "after", more like a "during".

That's really inspirational, especially since you're about the same hight as me! You look amazing. :) I'd like to be high restricting as well, to get to a lower weight, but I'm very prone to binges so I'm first trying to get that solved.

That's really inspirational, especially since you're about the same hight as me! You look amazing. :) I'd like to be high restricting as well, to get to a lower weight, but I'm very prone to binges so I'm first trying to get that solved.

Oh wow, congratulations, you look great! Thanks for posting this, it’s a great motivation! I’ve been considering trying high restriction bc I struggle a lot with b/p and low restriction keeps triggering binges

thank you<3! i was a low restrictor for more than a year but id always get in binge/restrict cycles and i ended up a laxative abuser. high restriction is killing me way more slowly and gently :)

You look so great! I struggle a lot with binging so I need to keep high restricting but I always get so unmotivated because I don't see quick changes. But this motivated me to stay patient. :)

I KNOW its so discouraging sometimes but i set realistic goals and it helps. like i have an actual reminder on my phone that says "your goal is to be skinny on February not tomorrow" so i just keep going and make sure to always create a deficit no matter what:) thank you! and good luck<3

hw: 80.7kg/178lbs(BMI 37.2)

cw: 77.6kg/171lbs(BMI 35.7)

 

gw1: 52kg/115lbs (BMI 24.0)✓

gw2: 47.6kg/105lbs (BMI 21.9)✓

gw3: 42.6kg/94lbs (BMI 19.6)✓

ugw: 40.8kg/90lbs (BMI 18.8)


lost: 3kg/7lbs left: 36.7kg/81lbs

only walking. some days 1k steps and some others 15+k
dont really count them but recently ive been trying to walk every day as much as possible :) and thank u!

Definitely amazing progress, very motivating. 

 

I definitely don't have any issue with high restriction. My biggest issue always and forever will be over exercise. Even though I for the most part only walk (I switched to walking as my main form of exercise when the gyms closed during lockdown), I walk so much that I over exert myself and it triggers binges. So right now I'm trying to take my activity down so I can better support my intake, and that's a lot harder than you'd think, lol

When you say 1100 calories, was that the amount you ate on average?
Did you do exercise? How much did you burn on average through exercise only?

1100 was my average and i dont exercise, just walk. sometimes i only burn 70 calories, sometimes i go up to 600 by just walking around with my friend or pacing around my room
