I've been high restricting for 75 days now, i have no idea what my weight is but im 167.5cm and ive been eating an average of 1100 calories a day. my average TDEE was 2000 calories i think, sometimes a lot less sometimes a lot more. i never binged. just wanted to motivate anyone that is considering higher restriction but is scared, just like i was.
my BMI is probably in the 19's and my goal is the 15's so thats definitely not an "after", more like a "during".
btw i eat mostly junk lol
