I’ll start with mine:
-I burn insense constantly because it’s a major mood booster for me
-put on your favorite playlist and tidy your room! It can be really daunting trying to do it all at once so maybe allocate a few minutes each day to begin to organise what you own, you might find something you never knew existed!
-lavender essential oil on ur temples and wrists can really make you relax and calm muscle aches- remember to dilute with a carrier oil or moisturiser
-wear something soft and fluffy, something you feel good in and feels good against your skin and take time to yourself
-try and find time for meditation, even if it’s 5 minutes, it’s better than nothing and it can really help clear your head for the day, you don’t have to do it sat cross legged on the floor, find a space you feel comfortable, lie down and let your thoughts wash over you, recognise them as thoughts and not truths

- open all my windows in my room
- I dust everything in my room/tidy things away
-wash my sheets on a hot wash with fabric softener
- hoover really well
-make my bed and turn the electric blanket on
-light candles/ turn on fairy lights and salt lamp
- get my PJs out and towels
- run a bath with salts and relaxing bubble bath.
- have a bath with face mask, hot tea and a hair mask
- once done I usually spend time on my skincare and moisturise
Then I'm done. Sorry for writing it out It just relaxes me so much even writing it out is like a form of self care. Like I'm planning my day. My phone notes is 90% lists exactly like this 😂
