What meals do you guys make, I want something low calorie but filling, I want to restrict for the next two weeks, so what are some foods you guys eat/make

I would love some meal ideas, snacks, smoothies.

And any tips to help the fast become bearable, it's been a while since I fasted so sometimes I struggle with it, so what are some tips to keep the cravings at bay?

Sometimes I watch mukbangs so I dont eat I just watch others consume large portions and it kinda satisfies me, and sometimes grosses me out so I lose appetite

I usually use different flavours of teas to also help keep the cravings at bay

(Doing a week fast, but I want so low calorie foods for when I come off my fast)

I'm fast but here is an idea


Cabbage soup - 75 Calories


1/2 veggie  boullion cube

1/2 spicey ramen powder

1 tsp soy sauce

1 sprinkle of zero calorie sweetener

5 shredded cabbage leaves







"Burn it all away."
