dumb ed stuff: i bought some water pills, never taken them before but it's very easy for me to tell when i'm retaining water by looking at the tightness of my fitbit. seems pretty tight today so maybe taking them will help. i actually got carded for them? i didn't know that it was age-restricted because i don't see any like real drugs in the ingredient list? anyway maybe i'll get a jolt of energy from them. i actually come to think of it haven't taken any garcinia in a while either so maybe i'll take one... i just don't want to be up all night when i have to wake up so early. ugh everything is hard lol.

been stuffing my face lol almost mindlessly. i'm so exhausted from working and waking up early and it being cold and dark. also i'm severely depressed. once i hit 135 i need to re-work my diet plan and likely won't be doing 46810 anymore. on days i work i need at least more calories in liquid form or something because i can't be out here burning 7 and eating 3 because i'm going to pass out or get in an accident or something. i almost got hit by a car this morning omw to work lmao i need to not die of this so i can enjoy it pls.

so weird. definitely hit a plateau there. i'm probably going to have to up my exercise and lower my intake, but i'm going to ride out the rest of december with the current plan and then go from there.

omg i'm so dumb i thought yesterday was 400 and today was 600 and ate a goddamn quest cookie on my break and fucked everything up lmaooooo i'm never going to hit 135 at this rate

 

nah not really i know that's an irrational thought but wow i am amazed by how careless i was. i thought it took like 14 days to make a habit wtf am i doing 44 days into a routine messing up? lol. like the other days i was off target i knew about it. weird. well maybe i should do actual 2468 because i sort of want to keep this thread going. idk i'll decide on jan 1st. i've never made resolutions or anything so it's not like that i just feel like a new month, new moon, new cycle sort of thing. i wanted to do this until 135 but i've only lost like 10 pounds in 45 days which is abysmal for me. every time i relapse this gets harder haha. all i wanna do is binge like it's the only thing on my mind. i gotta take a walk or something or play a gd game and get out of reality bc my reality suuuuuuuuuuuuuuucks rn

well i'm planning a binge today because i hit a weight goal and tomorrow is a closing shift, i burn usually over 500 cals on a close, yesterday an hour and a half of hardcore cleaning got me 400 out. i'm definitely feeling it, i'm so hungry T^T still trying to figure out if i want to keep doing this diet or if i should switch over to higher restriction so i can feel better at work and stuff. who knows lol

Of course, stick with whatever makes you comfortable, but maybe you could try higher restriction for a week, and re-evaluate, and then make up your mind? <3 good luck either way, and congrats on hitting a weight goal~!

okay so i'm going to do something a little wonky and hard to follow so when i'm out of work later i'll make a goal intake chart

i have to eat depending on what shift i work and whether or not i work.

closing shift- 1000
opening - 800
midshift - 600
day off - 400

quick example, for this week:
mon- 1000
tues- 400
wed- 600
thur- 800
fri- 400
sat- 600
sun- 400

so still 46810 but it's going to be all over the place.
i've been eating low but still higher than usual and i woke up at 137.8 so maybe the 130s will be a breeze? we'll see.

just waiting for my partner's work day for progress pics/measurements and back on this shit today soooo round 2- START lol

SO! round 2. you know the drill, it's in the name. alternating caloric intake by the day, counting everything except calories in tea and black coffee, everything else goes in the count. no restrictions on type of food or time consumed. weigh-ins daily, so expect lots of fluctuation because i fluctuate easily +/- 5 lbs by the day, by the water i consume, time in cycle, whatever. so this round i'll be adding in menstrual information to see if i can zero in on when and where the ups in weight are.

 

exercise goals? i got : 5x per week. i'm hoping to restart exercise vids for like HIIT and full body strength stuff but sadly i'm out of practice so hopefully i can work back up to that (i'm weak again T_T) exercise could be a brisk walk that lasts 20 mins or so. step counts will be added to this one this time too. i'm going for full tracking! tracking as many details as i can so i know what works and what doesn't.

 

additionally! if i hit a mega plateau, like i stay the same weight for 5 days straight or something? i'm going to throw 1-2 days of caloric intake above 800. i'm thinking 1200 max because i've found in the past that increasing my calories for a couple days gets things moving again. so, nothing extreme but certainly a change so that i can keep it moving here. i really want to hit 120 by may 1st which i think is a realistic goal.

 

speaking of goals, this time i'm going to try and set realistic goals! i'm just not going to lose 5lbs of real weight in a week anymore and i need to keep that in mind when setting goals for myself.

 

anyway. here are the goals for the month of february!

 

 

125lbs by feb 28th ----> this is a little cuspy for realistic but i think i can do it. that's a loss of 8.8lbs over 25 days, 0.35 a day. that means a daily caloric intake of 794. i know that with my body type and strange hormonal issues it is a little more difficult for me to lose weight but this feels doable, especially since i was able to lose about 7 lbs without calorie counting at all last month. not a huge amount but still, if i stick to the schedule, i should be able to do it. i won't murder myself if i get close, 129 is a big personal goal after all!

27in waist ----> probably VERY doable if i can stick to an exercise routine that focuses on core workout and also without binging. this waist measurement gets me into a lot of old clothes that i really love and that i would love to wear again. that's only a loss of 1.5 inches over 25 days. likely!

20.5in thighs ----> this one is a little tougher. i have thicker thighs no matter what weight so i'm going to hopefully do a lot of legwork this month and get my thighs down some more. it's a loss of 1 inch but i'm pretty determined to have good looking thighs for my immediate future so i can do some work from home hehe.

eat more fucking VEGETABLES ----> i have been living off fucking quest cookies and protein bars and i HATE eating like this. i know it isn't top season for veg but i need to eat more vegetables for dual purpose hydration and overall health

all my calories have come from spiced peanuts because my motivation to prepare food right now is tanked. i really want to eat vegetables but i need to find any spark at all. i am completely devoid of spark. i guess i'm still recovering from quitting my job. tomorrow will be better haha
