6 weeks in

 

Updates below. For reference: I am 5'4 and have pcos which makes my weight loss slower than others.

Amazing!! I’m also 5’4, vegan and starting at 130lb, love seeing someone so similar to me doing well!! My lowest ever weight was 114 and I felt amazing but lockdown just ruined my eating routine and I ended up gaining loads, but seeing posts like yours are really inspiring! If you don’t mind me asking, how many cals do you eat a day roughly?

My lowest ever weight was 114 and I felt amazing but lockdown just ruined my eating routine and I ended up gaining loads, but seeing posts like yours are really inspiring! If you don’t mind me asking, how many cals do you eat a day roughly?

Thank you! So far, I just followed the basic hsgd rules. So: 900,800,900,1000,950,1100,1100 every week.

Started week 13 in a plateau but managed to stick to the limits over Christmas. Plateaus are expected but still horrible!

your weight loss is great! especially considering its a bit harder to lose weight when you're thinner anyways.

I start university in September 2021, meaning I have at least 8 months to lose as much weight as possible.
I will do this, no matter how much it hurts and whatever I have to do to get there.

thank you! plateaus are so horrible. I'm retaining so much water rn that I'm scared to even step on the scale. I have 53 days to go and am scared I won't make it below 120 now.

it's net calories. Veggies are free (but not like corn or potatoes) as well as 2 servings of fruit. Everything else I count.

Thats what I was thinking too. Thanks for clarifying. Ive seen some weird adaptations over the years.

yes I need to get my tdee to at least 1760 cals a day. (Used to be a lot more but with lower weight my tdee went down)

 

I walk a little over an hour every day to get to 10k steps and have recently been doing a little yoga. If I don't get to walk or my net is too high, I hop on my elliptical. I eat back exercise cals.
