I need new recommendations. I've used Hydroxycut on and off for years but it's not working as well now. looking for something to up my calorie burning and supress my appetite.

prescriptions aren't an option unless I can order legitimate pills online.

I am interested to hear some options too! I have tried soooo many myself. There was one that I used at night, it was a supplement pill called "Afterburn" and it is supposed to help you burn an extra couple hundred calories at night. I have used it for a bit and then stopped for a bit. I am not 100% but I think I notice a difference and I am going to go back on it. I think it did help. Also Konjac, which is natural is an appetite suppressant (by swelling in the stomach with water). It can be found in many marketed supplements but can also be bought much cheaper as generic konjac either in stores or online.

Not on Amazon but recently I got a mix from Ghost called Ghost Burn, comes in a lot of cool flavors.  Kind of like a pre-workout mix but with a focus on fat burn, so a lot of caffeine and other stimulants.  Not sure if I'd quite recommend it yet because even though I can chug energy drinks like water one full dose of that had me feeling super weird!  But I definitely had insane amounts of energy and didn't want to eat anything for a good while after.

COCAINE!

Jk.

I like L-Glutamine and the least amount of caffeine I can get by with. (I love caffeine, but since this is a life time commitment I try to keep my tolerance as low as possible).

L-Glutamine is an amino acid supplement. It helps some people with cravings, not just food but drug addiction cravings too.

Lipo-6 Black has worked really well for me. I literally just made food a little bit ago and I have looked at it several times but the thought of eating it is nauseating. Which helps soooooo much for someone who has a binge then starve then binge then starve cycle like I do.

I’m using garcinia cambogia gummies. Not sure how they’re really working but I’m using them anyways for flavor!😅

Purely inspired! One serving, three gummies is 20 cals. Sooo good and I feel good taking them! I used to take garcinia pills by nature’s science but they messed with my meds too much.

Green tea is actually effective but I’ve started smoking cigarettes recently and that works great unfortunately

- If I’m not aesthetically pleasing then what is the point?
