When I want a burger I always eat dill pickles dipped in a little ketchup

When I want sour candy I use a cut up lemon sprinkled with some sugar and only eat the juice

Sweet half a sweet potato dipped in a low calorie sauce, ketchup or mustard

Hot pickles

0 calorie "soup" basically just broth and eat it really hot with a small spoon

Broccoli, either raw, steamed, cooked with soy sauce, or with other veggies

i second broth, its been a lifesaver for me, its always better 32 cals for 500mls (i use knorr vegetable broth) than couple hundreds of foods it fills me up so much!

also just bunch of lettuce with hot sauce, boiled brocolli, sugar free sweets or sugar free flavoured fizzy drinks, flavoured teas (like vanilla, caramel and such) with sweetener.

basically anything that is low cal and has big volume hahah

I do the pickle thing too! Usually with hot sauce. And I loooove hot pickles. They sell chips at my work that are habanero mango, and they're amazing.

Carrots + mustard, and I snack on that til I'm not hungry.

For sweet cravings, I usually make a little bit of oatmeal and sweeten it with trees knees vegan syrup, or put trees knees on apples.

Foods with fiber, protein and fat take longer to digest so you wont be hungry for a while. Cravings are also caused by low micronutrients. 

Sometimes ill have 1tsp of psyllium husk fiber (20cal)  in a cup of water, or ill mix it in a protein isolate drink (80cal)

I use xtend BCAA electrolyte powder(0cal)  mixed with water. I get hella strong cravings when my electrolytes are low. 

Seaweed, pickles, salted cucumbers or tomato's

soy sauce nutritional yeast and vinegar on steamed broccoli, spinach or zucchini

Sugar free gum, so much gum

Seltzer water, or sugar free flavored water, or herbal tea

Sometimes I eat thinly sliced pickles wrapped in a piece of lettuce with a tiny amount of any condiment I want at that moment. Makes me feel like I'm eating a 'burger' hahah

#1 why didn’t I think of the pickle ketchup thing and #2 I thought I was the only one who dipped broccoli in soy sauce or coconut aminos. And carrots and cauliflower yummmm

Dr. Price's electrolyte powder with water or hot herbal tea (tulsi, raspberry leaf, I stick with caffeine free since I can't do caffeine). Broccoli is always my fall, back usually with some cracked black pepper. 


...I enjoy the calming energy of trees, copious amounts of tea, hanging out with my gentleman of a cat, and meditation...
