I have started an egg fast on Tuesday, hopefully it will last 10 days so until the 27th. This egg fast is also a way to start following a keto diet.

I decided to do one to lose as much weight as possible before mid-December, which coincides with my 25th birthday. I've put on a lot of weight this past year, to the point where some of my XS dresses no longer fit. It can't go on like this.
If I tolerate this fasting well, I think I can continue it beyond the 10 days.
I will take laxative teas every 3 days to accelerate weight loss.
I also do intermittent fasting from 8pm to noon
I only drink water and sugar-free teas (green tea mostly + detox teas)
I'm not going to be very inventive about the recipes. I'll just make omelets, hard boiled eggs and fried eggs.
For those who don't know this fast, there are a lot of sites that explain the rules.

Stats :

1m57 (5'1)

SW : 57,2kg (126lbs)

DAY 1 : 57,2kg (126lbs)

Lunch (273)
Omelet (173)
Button mushrooms (10)
Emmental cheese rapé (55)
Olive oil (35)
Snacks (168)
2 hard-boiled eggs (146)
Sugar-free mayonnaise (22)
Dinner (342)
Omelet (173)
Emmental cheese rapé (55)
Button mushrooms (10)
Olive oil (9)
Hard boiled egg (73)
Sugar-free mayonnaise (22)

MACRO : 1% Carbs, 69% Fat, 30% Proteins

I was feeling great until the early evening when I started to feel the symptoms of keto flu. I didn't think it was going to happen so soon. But then I started to get nausea, headaches and cramps. I also urinate several times an hour. I hope I'm going to sleep well tonight, I'm feeling a little feverish.
It's a good sign, I have to keep going.
Tomorrow I will go to buy magnesium and electrolyte supplements. I already have vitamins.
DAY 2 : 56kg (123lbs)
-1,2kg (-2,6lbs)
LUNCH (269kcal)
Omelet (173)
Button mushrooms (5)
Emmental cheese rapé (73)
Olive oil (18)
SNACKS (269kcal)
Hard boiled eggs (219)
Sugar-free mayonnaise (50)
1 hour walk : -140kcal
I was very nauseous in the early evening, I had insomnia. It must be related to this sudden change in diet, and the fact that I switched from carbohydrates to fat. It was better during the day until the evening when the nausea came back. My appetite was also drastically reduced. I started my intermittent fast at 4:30 pm instead of 8 pm. Without any desire to eat.
DAY 3 : 55,3kg (121lbs)
-700gr (-1,5lbs)
LUNCH (371kcal)
Omelet (173)
Button mushrooms (7)
Emmental cheese rapé (92)
Olive oil (44)
Tomme cheese (55)
Was feeling really weak this morning. I added salt to my omelet and started taking my magnesium supplements. I'm thinking of drinking a broth to increase my electrolytes.
I still don't know what I'm going to eat for the rest of the day, it will depend on how hungry I am. I have noticed that my hunger has decreased a lot over the days. I am also very nauseous in the early evening.

Yes, it's been two days since I had a BM, even though I took a laxative tea. I'll take a stronger one maybe.

I also did an egg fast. Eating "normal" (still restricting) in-between for one day really helped me with being constipated. It all came out lmao (sorry) haha! So if that's an option for you, try it!
