A month ago I was 125lbs, my gw was 120lbs. I'm 173cm. But then I ate like a pig and suddenly I woke up 142lbs. Let's just say this isn't my first rodeo...

I'm sure by now you know the rules of the ABC diet, and if you don't, it's very easy to find them under the ABC topic where you found this thread! 

 

I'll be following the diet strictly (~ 30 cal margin of error). For context, I am also vegetarian and gluten free! I am aiming to complete the first 25 days of the diet rather than the full 50. This is because I believe I can complete 25 days without binging, whereas I believe completing the full 50 days could be setting myself up for a b/p see-saw. After completing 25 days I plan to increase my cals in increments of 100, until I am on about 900 a day.

 

Starting weight: 142lbs

Height: 173cm

DAY 1 - 19th November 2020 

 

Morning weight: 142lbs

Calories : 490 / 500 

What I ate: 

3 small servings of homemade gluten-free focaccia

2 cans of diet coke

1 coffee with truvia and oat milk

DAY 2 - 20th November 2020

 

Morning weight: 138.2lbs (-3.8lbs)  :wub: 

Calories: 502 / 500

What I ate:

gluten free toast with reduced fat vegan pesto

small bowl of gluten free pasta with tomato and mascarpone sauce

gluten free toast with honey

2 cans of diet coke

1 coffee with truvia and soya milk

 

*also my gluten free bread is 60cal a slice which is why I eat it often lol*

Morning weight: 137.3 lbs (-0.9lbs)
