I'm sure by now you know the rules of the ABC diet, and if you don't, it's very easy to find them under the ABC topic where you found this thread!
I'll be following the diet strictly (~ 30 cal margin of error). For context, I am also vegetarian and gluten free! I am aiming to complete the first 25 days of the diet rather than the full 50. This is because I believe I can complete 25 days without binging, whereas I believe completing the full 50 days could be setting myself up for a b/p see-saw. After completing 25 days I plan to increase my cals in increments of 100, until I am on about 900 a day.
