Pop tarts. I love cherry pop tarts especially. They also bring back a lot of memories to Saturday mornings when I was younger - simpler times😔

CHOCOLATE. it will always, always lead to a binge/p. also cookies are a big weakness, basically any sort of dessert kills me. i have to avoid it at all costs lest it cause an unholy binge/p.

Potato chips. Specifically sour cream and onion. My dad used to take us to GFS (a bulk food store)  and we would each get a party sized bag of lays and go home and eat the entire thing. Then we would have ice cream with peanut butter and sometimes we drank mountain dew also. I literally can't not binge on potato chips and I can't not purge them either

Pizza too but idk why for that one haha

Thinking so much these days about this nutrionally useless and accidentally vegan celeral brand.

God, so cheap, I ate the pack with a whole liter of almond milk and a jar of jam as my whole binge.... Just thinking about the consistency makes me want to purge

Ice cream. It is way too easy to purge to "miss out" so I always binge on it.
I mean.... the fact that there are normal people out there that eat a small bowl of ice cream and go on with their life as if nothing happened? Mind-blowing.

It's gonna sound weird, but lately it has been oatmeal. Every time I eat it, it triggers me to eat everything else in the house so I had to stop buying it.

It is addictively my all time favorite snack.

Pepperidge Farm's goldfish crackers. The extra cheddar flavor.

I can not stop at a serving which is only 41 fishies, if I recall.

Unfortunately, it can come in this big ole 30oz carton that I have no problem binging on.

Super hard to purge as well. Like glue in the stomach.
