anything that's a mix of sweets/bread, like a doughnut, because it makes me feel physically sick as well as guilty

Kfc - has been a b/P trigger for YEARS.
Anddd anything that is non vegan, I'm too scared to allow myself to digest it so I end up going "fuck it" and binge away

Cake (especially cream cakes and apple pie) and noodles

I could eat ridiculous amounts of these foods and they are so good to purge

I have a better relationship w these now so I don't have the biggest urge to b'p on them

THough yesterday I almost gave in, ALMOST but did NOT and I am so proud of me (cuz I have 1 kg pasta box at home)

I sometimes just stood in the kitchen eating plain granola out of the box lmao

(tip: Granola is better in warm milk w cinnamon)

Basically anything that I don’t feel is okay to keep down. I can be fine with some French fries (my love ❤️) but when I cross that fine line of having too many then I’m like fuck it, I should throw it up anyways so mine as well finish and get more

Crackers or chips. Carbs speak to me from the cupboard and whisper come here... I literally cannot control myself and have it in the home. I have plain ricecakes only because they are boring af and not tempting whatsoever lol

holy how could I forget granola . it’s fucking crack and like 1000 calories per cup . So easy to binge on :/

Honestly, any food will activate binging for me.

Even honest to goodness vegetables at this point.
