Sometime I feel a bit faint and tired if I get too far in the day without eating all that much. I don't think I'd be able to get through the work day without sugar free energy drinks. Red bull and v are generally my go to energy drinks

I prefer coffee, but I don't dislike them. Idk there's just something really comforting abt morning coffee, and i would probably actually die if I drank coffee AND an energy drink on top of my ADHD medicine lmao

I don’t drink monsters or anything but the Coke energy drink was always my absolute godsend on nightshifts when 5am hit and I started to get auditory hallucinations, need to start buying them again now my ED’s back in full swing

I hate the taste of coffee so when I was working (I'm a nurse) and was run off my feet, a zero sugar Rockstar kept me going through my day without having to eat. I was always known to bring an energy drink to handover, every shift, without fail.
Pretty sure that shit liquefies your insides and doesn't help with preexisting heart conditions, but when you have an eating disorder that makes you do illogical things and you're desperate...

Anxiety inducing drinks that can easily grab all ur money. Coffee & tea can sure be too but sm more easier to drink less. My taste buds care way less about black coffee than sugar free sodas/energy drinks.

I avoid them, tried one once and it made me very shaky. Think I’m sensitive to caffeine and high sugar. I drink loads of tea and that can make me feel shaky and sick too
