im seeing my parents for the first time since I started college in almost exactly a month. ive been maintaining/fluctuating since then, so now I need to do something drastic to lose the weight because I’m tired of hating my body and want to enjoy Christmas with them :(

In an overweight BMI right now, so hoping I’ll at least go down to the normal range :/

planning to exercise 6 days a week, toning exercises and cardio. cutting down on carbs and cutting out on dairy and red meat completely.

using this plan because honestly as a full time college student I cannot function while fasting. hopefully this keeps me going and losing pretty steadily.

if anyone else is doing the abc, I’d love to have a friend!

FAILED

went over because my friends wanted to go out before they left for school again. still only stayed under 1000!

total cals- 910

chicken salad w/ two tablespoons of ranch - 450 (prob overestimating, i have no idea :/)
pineapple - 25
gala apple - 95
caramel dip - 195
animal crackers - 85
kombucha - 60

excited to get back to working out tomorrow and hopefully will stay under my cal limit. thinking about trying omad to make it easier to sit down for meals with my family.

same here! I don’t even have that many classes in college, it’s so weird how I was able to fast in hs now it’s literally impossible lmaooo

im dumb and thought yesterday was the 21 lmao



total cals- 418

dinner:
two egg whites- 34
a few pieces of spinach- 7
shredded cheese, two tablespoons- 55
flour tortilla- 94
two servings of salad with 3 tablespoons of ranch- 228


I woke up after studying all night at like 3pm, so I still need to workout, so I might have a cup of coffee with creamer after, shouldn’t go over still!
