My goal is to fast for 40- 70 days. 

 

♡ Start Date/Time: 26.11.2020 @ 20:00 PM
(Yes! I just edited this ~ I had nuts + dinner and other things, Shhh! I have to re-weigh in a bit) 

♡ End Date/Time: Unknown as of now! 

I am re-branding this thread. 
Since I have started anew.

I would have this be a water only fast for as long as possible. 
Today as if I have not had any tea so that is fantastic. 

I will not have any. 

 

I will allow gum when in need, problem is sometimes I have to take a long walk (2hrs) to get it, which late into a fast would be a horrible idea. 

I will allow myself a multi-vitamin (which I need to go purchase) as needed when things get rough. I am weak as shit, so things will get rough and I will need the placebo effect of thinking something is helping me *eye-roll*

Day one done! 
It was honestly a bloody horrible day (this is actually accurate) 

My stomach hurt, my lower area hurt. 

I had a small amount of diarrhea, and I was pooping blood. 

Not fun. 

Spent too long thinking of bread. 

Hopefully I survive a day two and don't fail and break my fast. 
Yay ~

Fasted Hours: 41 HRS

I broke at 41-hours. 
So fast #1 was a fail. 
We shall move on, to fast attempt #2 

 

I lost .8kg (after stuffing my face) 

I took some lax, so I may drop some more food weight. 

Next goal attempt. 10 days?

Day 2 / Hour 59 

 

I am still fasting.
I am looking forward to the next day. 

Nothing much to report on. 

Just reading and watching Simpsons re-runs. 
I feel just fine. 
No uncomfortable/negative feelings. 
I have also lost I think (dont have my sheet open) about 1kilo so far...? 

Although weight is not a goal for this fast. 
This is for my baby.
