omg you look like a bmi of 17, legit goals, I'm the same height as you and I lost like 8kgs but a binge purge cycle fucked it up for me. How many calories did you restrict to?? and did you do any exercise? Your transformation is legit crazy!!

congrats on losing 8kg, that’s heaps!! I have to high restrict otherwise I’ll binge too. My biggest tip is, when I feel a binge coming on - I increase my intake that day. even though having extra is “too much” and feels uncomfortable, it’s better in the long run - just about always prevents that binge for me.
Anyways I don’t really count calories. I am aware of them- but couldn’t tell you how many I eat every day. An estimate would be between 900 - 1400.
breakfast generally between 150-250cals
Lunch around 200-350cals
I live with my family so I have no way out of eating what they cook for dinner.
I don’t ever snack unless I feel sick/I might faint/about to binge.
And I exercise as much as I can. Random home workouts in my room. Light weight lifting. (4kg) Also long walks and some jogging. About an hour of exercise a day.
