so I'm looking for very low cal muffins, I'm not a big sweet person (chocolate, blueberry) but I do enjoy cinnamon quite a lot so if you guys have a nice recipe for low cal muffins hit me

cinnamon smart cakes are 38 calories each or 76 for the pack and they're super delicious. Thinslim foods also sells cloudcakes that are a bit smaller but only 20 calories each and I'm pretty sure they come in cinnamon or (cinnamon crumb for 40 each)

Smart Cakes also make muffins that are pretty damn big for around 100 cals a muffin. I’ve tried the pumpkin (~95), the chocolate chip (~100), and the banana nut (~115). The pumpkin one was meh but the other two were amazing and honestly huge and filling.
