Haven’t done the diet but I’ve fasted for 5 days and only lost 5 lbs so I doubt you can realistically lose 20lbs in 10 days, at least not real weight

i've tried many times through sheer fasting + extreme low restriction to do 10 lbs in 7 days. i seriously doubt that you could do 20 in 10 unless you're holding onto some unprecedented amount of water weight that you'll gain back after the diet

Literally impossible.
How are you gonna burn 70,000 calories in 10 days?

There was a thread on here Lose 10lb in 14 days which is doable unless you fast hard but idt you'd get 20lb off. You might though so don't let that stop you, but it does depend on your sw. I just lurked on it but a lot of people did really well, and some did reach the goal. I think the op is going to make another one but not sure when.
This lady lost 22lb in 6 days but she was around 415lbs I think, so it's not impossible, just depends. Maya's lovely, she was doing Cole Robinson's Snake Diet, and stayed at his home for a year, now she switched to OMAD. (I'm not saying you're that weight so don't be offended, just wanted to show that it is possible).
