Also I purge almost everything hands free, except for gummy candy, it's like it sticks to my stomach and I have to use the ol fingers to get that shit up

Btw worst purge ever was when I’ve already also taken a natural erbal laxative that tasted AWFUL, my god it happened years ago I can still feel the awful taste in my mouth

- Spicy food. I'm sure I've done a kimchi purge in my time.
- topping that the kimchi fried rice binge. rice is the worst.
- topping that...Mapo tofu
- Pesto only because I am forever traumatised by the time I yeeted it out my nose
- anything chocolately
- that time i binged on peanut butter and nutella
- When I had nachos and realised on the first heave the tortilla's had not softened at all in my stomach so it was like purging shards of glass

I have had a lot of trouble in the past with pizza rolls and nutella, but I've gotten "better" at it if that makes sense.

that’s interesting to me because i specifically go out of my way to include fruit when i can because i think it helps me get a lot more out a lot more quicklyI find fruit awful to purge
also anything thick, dry or spicy

honestly i can get most anything up but sometimes i'll realise i ate something pre-BP or even during BP and just took too long to purge that goes sour FAST, ie coffee is the worst fucking thing to purge and i regret it every time
also chocolate

i once cooked an entire mixing bowl of pancake batter and ate all of them with maple syrup. i forgot to drink water. worst purge of my fucking LIFE i was crying

I'm hands free and don't find anything really difficult to get up per se just some combinations are extremely unpleasant. Certain tastes and textures should never be mixed especially dairy plus too much acidity.
