I can purge pretty much anything at this point, but if I have chocolate I have to have it at the end of the binge otherwise I'll be flushing for the next 10 years lol

Same with nuts and and rice, never ending flushing

Also I purge almost everything hands free, except for gummy candy, it's like it sticks to my stomach and I have to use the ol fingers to get that shit up

I know it s gonna be bad when I binge 2days in a row bc the second day is always so hard

Btw worst purge ever was when I’ve already also taken a natural erbal laxative that tasted AWFUL, my god it happened years ago I can still feel the awful taste in my mouth

- Spicy food. I'm sure I've done a kimchi purge in my time.

- topping that the kimchi fried rice binge. rice is the worst.

- topping that...Mapo tofu

- Pesto only because I am forever traumatised by the time I yeeted it out my nose

- anything chocolately

- that time i binged on peanut butter and nutella

- When I had nachos and realised on the first heave the tortilla's had not softened at all in my stomach so it was like purging shards of glass

I know when I binge at 2 am that I'm not getting any sleep that night. Those are always the worst because I fall asleep right after purging and barely remember binging in the first place.

I have had a lot of trouble in the past with pizza rolls and nutella, but I've gotten "better" at it if that makes sense.

it came up easy as hell but lord you can imagine how it felt

I find fruit awful to purge

also anything thick, dry or spicy

that’s interesting to me because i specifically go out of my way to include fruit when i can because i think it helps me get a lot more out a lot more quickly

Had a bunch of pastries and kaiser rolls yesterday while already dealing with a massive headache the whole day. Every clump of dough took so much effort to get up, I felt like my head was gonna explode

Balancing right amount of liquid is so tricky. I have no problem with bread but then I have tons of butter and mayo. Rice, mushrooms (which grow fifty million fold), hard veg, cake or oat based cookies without tea or coffee. Pizza easy but then again I have so much sauce and butter. Anything deep fried is easy peasy. If you struggle with bread, make sure it is well buttered. Butter makes whole purge slide out

honestly i can get most anything up but sometimes i'll realise i ate something pre-BP or even during BP and just took too long to purge that goes sour FAST, ie coffee is the worst fucking thing to purge and i regret it every time

also chocolate

i CAN purge chocolate but i don't enjoy it

i once cooked an entire mixing bowl of pancake batter and ate all of them with maple syrup. i forgot to drink water. worst purge of my fucking LIFE i was crying

- ramen/instant noodles (when they’re uncooked and eaten straight out of the package
- chips without having enough water or salsa/dip
- graham crackers (CLUMP CITY)
- any binge where I wait too long to purge and I get more stomach acid nastiness than usual

I'm hands free and don't find anything really difficult to get up per se just some combinations are extremely unpleasant. Certain tastes and textures should never be mixed especially dairy plus too much acidity.

So when I mindlessly vegan to was binge on a vegan pizza and garlic bread, I knew it was going to be a long night.
