Yep, I heard about it before it came out so I was perched for it. I read it in like a day. I found it well-written and super relatable.

It's written from the perspective of a middle aged woman who struggled with various EDs beginning in her teens, very insightful and poignant considering she doesn't claim to be recovered and yet finds a way to shed some hope throughout. 


I quite liked it, partially sure I'm quite bias because I seem to have exhausted the available pool of audiobooks (mainly, multitasking is a staple in my day-to-day) with related topics.
