My ABC Accountability

Starting Date: November 30, 2020 [11/28/20]

 

I started this a while ago and ended up losing about 20 pounds but I fell off the wagon and gained most of it back. I’m starting over again starting this Monday. I will be posting my daily intakes, weigh ins, and losses to this thread. I am only doing the first three weeks of ABC. Here are my starting statistics 

  

  H: 5’3

  SW:

  GW: 99.5 | bmi 17.6 

  LW: 99.7 | bmi 17.7

  HW: 122 | bmi 21.6
