ive said it before, but my idea of what would be an appropriate amount of food to eat in a given day without restriction or anything has been severely fucked up so i have no idea anymore lol

would this be considered a healthy amount of food for a day or too little?

1/4 of a baked potato, nothing on it

16 (super thin, like 1/4 of an inch thick) pieces of pickled cabbage(korean dish called kimchi)

around 1/4 cup of brown sticky rice

1/3 cup of spicy rice cake(again, korean dish called tteokbokki lol)

2 (1/3 inch) slices of red meat

1/2 cup of cabbage soup that was bascially only broth and cabbage

again, i have no idea if this would be considered a healthy amount of food for a day or not

none of that is gram measurements so i have no idea 'cause on one hand, it could be normal portions, then easily it could be literally nothing.

I'm terrible at 'normal' always go too much or too little.

It's also hard for me to gauge because I'm English not Korean.

I'd say 'normal' people would see the above as just one large meal nowhere near enough food for a whole day but like I said I'm a bad judge.

Imo all of that could fit in just one “normal” 3 course meal

I just want to leave my mark... make people feel like they belong... make people happy... and be happy... if my chaos-ridden brain will let me do that...

I am not mortal, I am lunar energy trapped on earth... one day I will be able to return home to faraway stars where i belong..

If I am lucky, one day I will have the great honour of offering if only a little beauty to this world... there is none within me, but every day I still try to grow flowers in the wasteland.

So I dunno if you wanted a break down with calories so I put it in a spoiler. This is very, very, little for a full day. Fine for a single meal.

Too little. I think maybe the unfamiliarity with those dishes maybe throws some of the replies off, but it sounds really tasty though. But 16 slices of kimchi is pretty much nothing
