Honestly I don't do much focused exercise anymore because I had to sell my gym equipment. But I burn a shitload of calories at work and school. I also occasionally take walks. I used to exercise at the gym or on my elliptical/stationary bike for hours at a time and lost weight so fast but I don't have the time to anymore, plus I have a permanent knee injury from doing that.

i despise exercising, but i like walking in the woods sometimes. i don't know how many calories it burns though but the walks are usually like 5 kilometres for me

walking and just dance, i honestly dont keep track of exercise calories cause i dont think it matters, in the sense that the important number is how much i take in, and food is so much easier to measure

just different youtube at home workouts. i burn anywhere from 145-300kcal doing those depending on how long the workouts are. also "walking" on days i have work bc i work in retail. i can't do walking/running on my own time bc i genuinely hate both sadly. but i enjoy following along workout videos at home

My parents bought a stationary bike at the beginning of quarantine so I've mostly been going on that for 30 minutes at a time maybe 4 times a week. One session is usually 350-400 kcal. Other than that, I've been mostly sedentary haha. I don't go on walks a lot anymore because my mom is so nervous about covid.

Walking to get steps in

2-3 minute planks throughout the day, it flattens the stomach and elongates the waist/muscles (as opposed to growing the muscles outward like with sit-ups)

Laying leg lifts? I lay on my side and lift my legs, 3 reps of 30 lifts it tones my legs and thighs

Bridge Ups, makes the butt perkier without growing thighs

Arm rotations to tone my arms, I feel like it makes my collar bones more defined as well

Sometimes I’ll throw in lunges or bicycle crunches

Walking tbh, it burns a lot of calories if i go for 10miles or so. I like doing crunches and riding my bike too to build up my abs! I think walking might build some leg muscle, i know muscle burns more calories so LOL

Yea, if you need something convenient that you can just do at any time, I'd really recommend one! As long as you're maintaining around 14-15 mph you can easily burn that much. I really hate cardio with a passion but I need to work on my endurance so biking makes a lot of sense for me.  ^_^
