Walking and about half an hour - 45 mins of dancing everyday

Only really walking but gonna start running again real soon, got injured a while ago and had to take a long break to let it heal

lots of walking/pacing around my room + 25 minutes of jogging 3x a week and ab + leg exercises for around 15-20 minutes everyday


5'3.5 inches/161 cm

just walking like 1.5-2hrs a day. i hate working out, it makes me feel so weak and short of breath lmao, same with running. but i don’t consider the calories i burn: it’s just that i need to get in a certain number of steps, just because. compulsion.

Indoor bike at least 5 days a week and walk if I can but it’s cold out which makes my knee seize up from a previous injury

I mostly just walk and do Pilates since where I am all of our gyms and sports are shut down. Before they were I did a lot of rock climbing and gymnastics

Nothing, I low restrict so physically don’t have the energy! Sometimes I’ll play wii fit, and then I ride my two horses 6 days a week and look after them twice a day but don’t count it as exercise!
Once again on my road to self destruction 🤦‍♀️
