What is your list of the perfect 10 foods/drinks that you could happily live on forever: 

mine - 

  1. Savoy cabbage 
  2. Broccoli 
  3. Cauliflower 
  4. Soy yogurt 
  5. almond milk 
  6. fish/seafood
  7. chicken stock 
  8. sweetener 
  9. Diet coke/coke zero

3. Green beans
4. Edamame
5. Corn thins
6. Fat free Greek yoghurt
7. Egg white
8. Cantaloupe melon
9. Honeydew melon
10. Mushrooms

I am on a very restrictive/elimination diet for medical reasons so this list is pretty much my diet in general right now but I actually like these foods too I also only drink water

1. Any veggies (I'm not picky with those)
2. Monster Zero
3. Grapes
4. Chicken 
5. Potatoes (they are kinda dense but super filling imo)
6. Tuna! Tuna is really low cal. 
7. Strawberries
8. Bouillon cubes 
9. Crushed ice mixed with those crystal light packs 
10. Low cal yogurt

Sunny D (way less calories than regular orange juice, i drink one cup a day to keep my blood sugar up)
Green Beans
Turkey
Marinara sauce
FiberONE chocolate granola bars
Rice
Bonus: cinnamon sugar, idk if it's true but i read once that cinnamon sugar creates less of an insulin response and is a higher satiety than regular white sugar - whether this is mental or not, it DOES seem to make me crave less sugar


Some of them obvious, some of them may be confusing ED wise. These are just things i find to be rather filling for their caloric values.

All I want to be

Is happy

And fucking skinny as hell
