cw: 146 lbs (as of Aug 22 2020)
lw: 135 lbs

gw1: 145 lbs = BMI 19 (go back to teen bmis)
gw2: 135 lbs = BMI 18 (current lw)
gw3: 125 lbs = BMI 17 (finally underweight + weight in 6th grade)
ugw: 95 lbs = BMI 12 (gw in 5th grade)
+ gw4: 115 lbs = BMI 16 (in case 125 isn't enough)

Lettuce
Cherry Tomatoes
Watermelon
Frozen blueberries (really good for avoiding binges because it takes a little while to eat each one since they're frozen, plus they're delicious)
Coffee
Tea (especially black tea)
snap peas
Chicken broth
English muffins (I know, weird that those are safe)

1. Chicken broth/stock

2. Metamucil crackers (weird one I know, but they taste great and have a laxative effect)

3. Diet drinks (Crystal Light, Ice, diet soda)

4. Flour tortillas (another weird one, but they taste great especially when you're restricting)

5. Unsweetened chai tea

6. Cucumbers

7. Carrots

8. Corn (a little sweet but still, I could live on it for days)

9. Chickpeas

10. Fish/seafood (especially salmon)


Diagnosis: Atypical anorexia nervosa with some b/p

 

Currently recovering(ish?), but that can change depending on my mood and circumstances

 

I also have OCD, GAD, major depression w/psychotic symptoms, Autism Spectrum Disorder

 

HW: 191 lbs (29.0)

CW: Unknown, I haven't been weighed since I had a mental breakdown finding out I was at my HW. I hope I'm below my HW.

LW (April 2018): 115 lbs (16.98)

GW1: 110 lbs (16.24)

GW2: 100 lbs (14.77)

UGW: 90 lbs (13.29)
