Just add ice cream to literally anything and it ces up. Can't purge that giant ass loaf of bread you just ate.
Have some ice cream and it comes right up. It's basically magic

baked goods like cookies, biscuits, chocolate rolls, Mr. Kipling snacks, etc. I would chew em till they were mush and they would come up the same way without issue

 

also for some reason I never had any issues with garlic bread even though regular bread was always a bitch to get up (????)

all i can think of is pasta, cereal & ice cream. i still can’t tackle bread it’s very clumpy and physically hurts to get up

Oatmeal, whipped topping, mashed potatoes, nuts, rice w sauce, fruit, veg, almond milk + anything bc it’s lower cal than ice cream

ice cream, cheesecake, frosting, marshmallows, cereal, all seafood and cabbage (i dont want it to come up but it just... does) for me lol

in contrast, does anyone here find it ABSOLUTELY unpleasant to purge dairy free or "diet" ice cream? like i can get up full fat ice cream right away just fine but when i have something like halotop or breyers no sugar it's harder for me to get it all out and tastes/flows really bad coming up ://

Anything is easy for me because i bring a whole gallon jug of water into the bathroom with me and drink it every so often while purging. i heard its very dangerous to drink water while purging i dont know how? but if it is i dont care because purging in the first place is bad for you and dangerous haha

Ice cream. It's refreshingly cool on the way up haha. I can't think of anything easier though it's not something I have often or purge often. My most common easy purge would probably be greek yogurt and cracker chips
