damn, might as well just fast at that point. i wouldn't even bother trying to only eat that little, i'd inevitably go over it.

how long can you last on <300?

For me personally, not even a few hours. I have a very very active job and burn over 3,200 a day on days I work. My average per day on fitbit is 2,800 to account for days off.
where do you work?

I've lasted about a week on that amount with life commitments on top... but by the end of the week I felt like actual death and I couldn't do my workouts like I normally do which gave me more anxiety

Till lunch? Lol, I'm super active and whenever I restrict lower than 700 kcals, my blood sugar drops and I pass out.

that sounds harder than just fasting for a week and letting yourself have a nice binge day of 2500 kcal
that would be about 300 kcal/day average

i managed <300 for 2-3 months several times before inevitably binging and undoing all my progress. Now i'm consuming up to 650 - 700 max and it has been sooo helpful in stopping the binges! It was hard at first to increase my cals to that point as i only ever knew low restriction so it makes me feel invalid, but its so much more sustainable. Yes you will lose more slowly but long term you'll be losing more than if you were eating <300 for a few months, binging back on the weight and just maintaining or gaining......

Four days maybe a week if I had enough distractions to keep me away from food.
I felt my ego die as she brushed my lips slowly. She traced me with silk drawn lines.
Want me to change but I think your soul's a noose and then I catch myself into a steady sway. Sacrificed on the altar, dissipate in the water.
I think I want to choke, constrict all my guilt.
Pass over my soul, blood on the door post but I'm drawn to your blackest plague.
Silk hands hold me down. My body is unclean and now I marry the scythe.
