For me personally, not even a few hours. I have a very very active job and burn over 3,200 a day on days I work. My average per day on fitbit is 2,800 to account for days off.

Same here. That's a snack for me. The minute I eat it, it's gone. I honestly feel like death from not eating enough and working at the warehouse.

I've done it twice already. The first time I lived off 50 for 5 months then got hospitalized, then lived off 250 for 6months then got hospitalized, and now I've been doing anywhere from 150-300 for the past month and will probably end up hospitalized again lmao

I can't recommend this for anyone

Depends on how motivated you are and how much physical activity youre doing. If you stay in bed all day, a month or 2. If you have a highly active lifestyle/job, no more than a week

Just remember: You are special and there are people in this world who love you very much

A day or two tops. I throw in super low days or fasting days occasionally, but generally 800-1000 is my sweet spot, I've been losing 2-3 pounds a week for several months now.

Can I ask where you started at? Hoping a similar plan will work for me.

i did <300 for 3 days. i had to stop once i passed out in my bathroom at 2am and hit my head on the counter bahaha. its a slippery slope being that low, you lose fast but you wont feel right. i broke out in a cold sweat and had tremors the entire night after and my mom had to help me through the night. i would aim for at least above 500

♡ we held hands when we walked down the gingerbread path into the forest, blood dripping from our fingers. we danced with witches and kissed monsters we turned us into wintergirls, and when she tried to leave, i pulled her back into the snow because i was afraid to be alone ♡

I'm entirely too busy for that tbh.

Sometimes, I won't even notice I've had 300cal or lower. Most of the time, it's all "oh shit oh fuck I am DIZZY."

I'd give myself like 3-4 days max. And I only give myself that long bc I know I can fast for that long (granted I feel like crap after).

i did that for like 6 months at one point, no binges or anything cus i didnt even know what that was, i didnt know it would turn into full blown anorexia lol

I thought that eating 1300 would be fine after I lost 25lbs doing it. Then I went to the gym, went onto r/1200isplenty, started restricting, and spiraled out of control. Aaaaand here I am.

I did it for a couple of months when I first developed my disorder

don't think I could go longer than two weeks now though

Feet together, thighs apart.

The collarbones are where we start.

Count the ribs and feel the hips,

That's what makes us skinny, bitch.
