Yes I've been doing this for years, I love planning every aspect of my life lol so meals are easily included in that, maybe it's a control thing idk
I've had the same meal every day for the past several months. If I eat anything different I always feel really weird, but sometimes it can't be helped in social events

I preplan/pre enter around 600/700 cals per day in LoseIt - usually lunch, snack, and dinner - and then leave 100/150 cals free for a last snack/unexpected happening. I usually have the full week planned.

i try to, but usually by the time i get to the point of the meal, i'll probably have changed my mind about what i want so i don't make concrete plans for myself unless i'm REALLY looking forward to a particular thing. i like to have a small list of stuff to pick from, that's usually good for me. i do plan dinners though, since i cook for myself and my bf. he works out of the house so i like to make sure dinner is ready by the time he gets back (i work from home)

I really wish I could, but I have to eat the food my parents make *-*
I hate that I can't plan my daily intake, but this is also why I do OMAD.

It depends on what food it is. For example my safe food is usually the same amount, so I am preparing it first then just calculate, but it never goes over 300cals for a meal. I think it is some kind of planning. I do not think about it overnight but I definitely need to think about it before I will start preparing. If I want to eat something new that I don't normally eat (i.e. pomegranate with natural yoghurt) then I am calculating it first then decide if I should add it or not. And of course it all have to be added to MFP.

I always plan my meals the day before and count the calories, however I no longer log them. I found that seeing the numbers on an app led to more restricting, and eventually binging.
