and it isnt always right.
Over the last 3 weeks I've been restricting but either maintaining or gaining, yet my waist measurement has decreased and a thigh gap is staring to appear (I only noticed it today!)
Don't always trust your scales, often they're giving you the wrong number, or a number based on food/water weight.
It's disheartening to see a plateau while restricting, but that number isn't always right.
