So I’ve got a large bag of Butterkist Toffee Popcorn and the whole bag is like 700 calories so ideally I’d like to purge it but I’ve never purged popcorn before. Is it hard? Quick? Even worth it?

Just a girl, standing in front of a poptart, asking it to love me

Don’t do it. It can catch on your throat and hurt coming up / get stuck at the back of your throat and gag reflex you. It also floats and is hard to flush.

you're making me crave popcorn now! salted is my favourite and its safe in small amounts.

as for purging it, i've never tried popcorn but it doesn't seem too bad? just make sure you drink enough.

I think it’s fairly easy if you drink something while eating otherwise chewed popcorn can be very unpleasant like a hard grainy thick mass that hurts.

it does hurt a little bit coming up, its not the easiest either. best bet would be to eat something to find easier to purge beforehand. or just have some a try not to hurt yourself. take care
