Hello, hard to believe I just discovered this site. I’ve battled body image issues on and off since I was around 12. Being naturally skinny, I denied to myself that I ever had issues, even when I was heavily restricting and at my LW which made me feel awful all the time. Prior to the pandemic I had reached a healthy balance where I was maintaining in a healthy way through lots of exercise and balanced eating. The stress of the pandemic led that to go out the window and I became unhappy with my new doughy body. I’m looking to get back to a body that I feel comfortable in, but want to do so in a way that doesn’t endanger my health.
