I'm 169cm 121lbs and I'm fucking terrified. I feel like all my progress from the last 3weeks went to trash and that I will have gone back to my SW tomorrow. I have been walking for the last 1hour and plan to keep on walking until I go to sleep. I'm so sad and disappointed to have ruined today

Honestly, and trust me when I say this, one day of going up in calories will NOT ruin your progress. Just like how 1 day of eating healthy won't make you underweight, one day of overeating won't make you overweight. Please don't panic.

it's still way under her(?) tdeeusing your height and weight, your bmr works out to be 1350 (assuming youโre a female), which is only 150 less than what youโve eaten today. also, youโve exercised. itโs impossible to gain actual weight by eating at or under your bmr, so one day of overeating wonโt take away your progress. i know itโs hard but you can make up for it after, you wonโt gain any lasting weight, and it certainly wonโt take away any of your progress. youโll be fine, love <3

I second what everyone is saying, you've more than likely burned more calories than that just today. You'll be okay <3
I'm literally just a mess at this point:
-
a dirty or untidy state of things or of a place
-
a situation or state of affairs that is confused or full of difficulties.

Don't panic. I promise you'll be fine. Actually, I don't know if this makes you feel any better, but sometimes eating 1-2 high cal days can help you drop weight quicker. Your body can plateau if you do the same thing everyday. So this switch up could work out for you in the long run as far as progress goes.

82.3 lbs to go. . .
