I normally don't count my macros, just calories, but I checked the food that I ate yesterday and I only had like 10g of protein? I've been (generally but not super strictly) avoiding meat so I usually get my protein from greek yogurt or eggs. Plus all of the protein bars that I've found in my local grocery store are like 300 kcal for only 12g! Does anybody have a low cal way to get protein in their diet or any product recommendations? I don't want all of my hair to fall out from restricting.

I add soy protein powder to my oatmeal to up the proteins. In that way I don't get any extra because it is almost pure protein :) (just weigh the amount and count its calories to keep track)

protein ice creams, tofu, tofu dogs, yogurts, fiber ones have a protein version now, and in the cereal aisles of groceries, they usually have kid variations of protein bars. theyll be much smaller and like 100-130 calories, usually with a radical kid on a skateboard.

Eggs whites and Greek yoghurt are my favorite sources of protein and basically the only protein I have (I am still really low in protein comparing to carbs, I always exceed on carbs)

Cottage cheese! Low fat cottage cheese is very low calorie and high protein, I love it!
"It's a very Greek idea, and a very profound one.

Beauty is terror.

Whatever we call beautiful, we quiver before it. And what could be more terrifying and beautiful, to souls like the Greeks or our own, than to lose control completely?"

I’ve got whey protein powder that’s 140 calories for 30 grams of protein! It comes in chocolate and vanilla. I usually mix it half and half with water and almond milk, for the extra calcium. Oikos makes a yogurt called “triple zero” and its 90-100 cals with 15 grams of protein if that’s more your thing!

I eat protein bars daily, as well as cottage cheese and powdered peanut butter!

I also eat fish but that's less often, I'm almost always eating over on protein more than any macro

aldi sells a flame grilled soy patty that has 16g protein and is 100cal each, and imo they taste pretty damn good with some sriracha and nooch.
i also eat a lot of hard boiled egg whites, and try to keep a jar of peanuts on hand for if I need a boost.

As a vegan, I use a vegan protein powder and mix it with half cup of oat milk and drink that everyday, it’s 14g for half a scoop. Then I eat tofu, nuts/seeds, beans, legumes, and other fortified meat alternatives. I get at least 25-30g of protein a day, most times more. I also high restrict tho, 1000-1200kcals a day.
