thought it would be fun to have a thread for everyone doing the hsgd to cheer each other on.
I just finished 2 months on it (lost 8.2 lbs then stopped weighing) and will start the extended version tomorrow. Oh the joy of Christmas during a pandemic.
I don't count fruit and veggies but make sure I don't have too much of either and do net cals. I also have PCOS and am short and at a healthy weight so losing a pound a week is really a lot for me.
How about you?
