First phase

SW: 65Kg

GW1: 58kg

Explaining the plan: a seven week plan to get on scale and see 58kg on it

must lose at least 1kg per week

OMAD n i wont count calories instead imma eat outta my bowl. so one bowl a day.

pls don't eat any refined sugars during

binge prevention tips I saw here (I'm sorry I don't remember so I can't give credits but thanks it's helpful).

First: writing cw, gw for that week n gw1 on my wrist .

Second; if I felt like I might binge I get up n come sit behind my laptop n answer these Qs

1. What are you craving?
2. What’s the exact calorie count of the food?
3. Why do you want to eat it?
4. Will you regret if you eat it?
5. Did you blow up any diet/plan yesterday, the day before or in the past few days?
6. What's your weight?
7. What's your goal weight?
8. Why shouldn't you eat the food you're craving?
9. What's another activity you could be doing right now instead of binging?
10. Are you still craving it?

I messed it up but not gonna quit

I'm back at high... really high weight and um... I'm so sorry for myself I cant even say the number I saw on scale rn.
there a difference in my plan I wont eat every other day and will continue this for a month and then I'll try to maintain for a while then start again to prevent slowing my
metabolism (ugh I'm still mad I'm just so f***ed up sorry).

SW: 71.7 Kg

GW: 70.5 Kg /EW: 69.5 Kg
