I'm thinking, "I wonder if I look anorexic to people who don't know I have an eating disorder."
Also, "Can I maintain this BMI forever without health repercussions?"

what's your BMI? and I doubt people are looking and judging, they are too much preoccupied with themselves

i miss cake with buttercream frosting so bad. i only used to eat it at family birthday parties so it was like a fun special treat but i'm probably never gonna eat it again unless i'm recovered and forty years old, calories aside i still care too much about sugar and healthiness and frosted cake is definitely not acceptable

i'm on a reverse diet plan and i really want it to be over so i can eat more. i'm trying to take it slow so my weight doesn't spike but i'm getting impatient and it's week one oops

I haven't been to my old workplace since August. Yesterday I started working there again, and my co worker asked me in a slightly concerned voice if I have lost weight. The thing is, we work in a facility for old people and we literally have to wear so many layers of safety clothes and mask and stuff because of corona, you can't even tell my body shape underneath at all so it must be pretty obviously visible, felt good about that

why is it so much easier to fast than it is to restrict? i can fast until i'm unconscious easily, but the second i have to restrict my calories, it's so overwhelming and makes me feel weak and stupid.

I hope covid doesn't keep me away from moving back to university on the 4th January because I have a lot of self-destructive habits to cath up on. I also want to reach my gw by my birthday in February.
