Greetings, fellow people and future model-esque me.
I'll keep this brief - quarantine weight gain/bp recovery weight gain - gonna battle the bulge - goal weight of around 100-105 lbs - recommended breakfast lunch and dinner - exercise optional - loosely follow 1000 calories a day of wat ever.
RULES THAT I DESPERATELY NEED TO STICK TO:
No watching television while eating
NO sweet foods
NO CONSUMPTION OF CALORIES THAT ARE DESIGNATED FOR A DIFFERENT DAY
I will update my weight at a 2-3 day basis, it won't be everyday.
