Greetings, fellow people and future model-esque me.

 

I'll keep this brief - quarantine weight gain/bp recovery weight gain - gonna battle the bulge - goal weight of around 100-105 lbs - recommended breakfast lunch and dinner - exercise optional - loosely follow 1000 calories a day of wat ever.

 

RULES THAT I DESPERATELY NEED TO STICK TO:

No bingeing

No watching television while eating

NO sweet foods

NO CONSUMPTION OF CALORIES THAT ARE DESIGNATED FOR A DIFFERENT DAY

 

I will update my weight at a 2-3 day basis, it won't be everyday.

Current stats: height of 5'4'' and 115 lbs.

Okay yall, today was a binge day and I didn't plan it out to be. This past christmas and sunday have been in majorly with my parents and their big ugly noses inserted straight up my ass. So for the past few days where my total calories have been around 1300-1400 this is not usually how I roll.... the best i can do is carry on without fasting or else that will trigger a binge.

 

Total: ~3000-4000
