Okay y’all I’m doing a ~3 week summary. This won’t conclude my efforts, I’m simply gonna start a new ‘phase’. In 19 days I’ve had two major binges (3000-4000) and three minor binges (around 2000).
Average calories per day without exercise: 1735
Average calories per day with exercise: 1520
HAD ALL BINGE DAYS BEEN 1000 CALORIE DAYS
Average calories per day without exercise: 1345
Average calories per day with exercise: 1130
I can’t provide weight info right now because I am scared to, but I think it’s safe to conclude I haven’t gained any real weight, even though I haven’t lost any. I attribute my failure of not bingeing to my habits of not having consistent meal schedule, my attempts at fasting to make up for binge days, watching television while I eat, and eating calories designated for a different day. I guess it would help if I didn’t eat so much junk food, but tbh all food looks the same to me
