I just read through your thread and respect what you're doing! When you binged in those first few weeks, you didn't let it get to your head and got right back to trying the next day. A lot better than what I can say for myself. Sorry that your family is being unhelpful and that you're feeling down yesterday :/ I look forward to seeing how high restriction works for you  :wub:
