What are your guy’s opinion about waist trainers? Do they work? I just started wearing mine a few days ago. It helps curb my appetite but I wonder if it actually does anything besides that

It’s nothing magical. For me it helps lose water weight and feel smaller but I don’t think it actually does anything permanent/long term

I used waist trainers for about a year and a half.. they helped make my midsection sweat when working out, and I also had ones I would wear under clothes... honestly, they didn’t do anything for me. I wanted to believe they did SO badly, but I didn’t get any long term or lasting effects from them.

They don't do anything longterm. If you're looking to actually make your body shape different (semi) permanently, invest in a decent corset with actual steel boning (as opposed to the plastic boning found in costume/sex shop corsets)
