So today I decided to start the abc diet, which I’ve only this week found out about . Looks intense
Day 1: 479/500
Breakfast: espresso and 2 salt and vinegar rice cake (64cals)
Lunch: espresso,Pepsi max cherry, Heinz big soup beef (212cals)
Tea:espresso and winter spice vanilla Quaker Oats with a teaspoon of choc shot (140cals)
Snack: another 2 rice cakes (64cals)😅
Feelings: feel good so far not underestimating this diet at all I know I’m in for pain, most days will look like this to be honest, this is just for accountability
P.s I do make sure to take my vitamins and drink all my water 😊

Breakfast: Black espresso with 2 salt and vinegar rice cakes (64cals)
Lunch: black espresso and Heinz Big soup chicken and veg (200cals)
Tea: Quakers winter spice vanilla and choc shot (140cals)
Snack: virtue energy water (0cals) 2 more rice cakes (64cals)
Easy day again, coffee and my water is getting me over the first hunger pangs 😊 laundry and tv kinda day today might attempt some exercise who knows 😂

Lunch: weight watcher chicken noodle soup (51cals)
Tea: espresso and my porridge (140cals)
Snack: energy water and rice cracker (32cals)
Happy new year 🥳 today has been dead easy since I slept till lunch time, I’m quite proud of the fact I’ll be going into the new year with some semblance of control 😂 may 2021 bless us all with our ugw ✨

Lunch: weight watchers tomato soup (77cals)
Tea: my porridge (140cals)
Snack Sv rice cracker and a caramel rice cracker (75cals)
Honestly only thing that’s gonna change in these is my soup I have like 40cans ready and waiting 😂
Today I woke up after having a dream where I ate biscuits and I felt so sad 😭 like I’m binging in my dreams now. Anyone else have food dreams on this diet?
Don’t know how I’m going to cope on the 50cal /100cals day

Slept most of the day away since I felt really guilty for b/p last night. Still feel sicky today don’t know why :’) i go back to work soon so hopefully the distraction will help me:)

Breakfast: white monster ultra (11cals)
Lunch: Birthday cake fibre one bar and a small bottle of Pepsi max (84cals)
Tea: cauliflower rice and gochujang paste (100cals)
Today’s been easy food wise, practically almost cried at how amazing the fibre one bar was, the gochujang was a new find and my British mouth wept too :’) I think I was meant to water it down.
Weigh in will be tomorrow too
Last weighed in 28/12/20 - 205lbs

Honestly feel like this diet is like emotional therapy I usually don’t show much emotion and so far I’ve felt like crying loads I’m calling this emotional growth

Today I overslept because my work hasn’t opened back yet but it is tomorrow so it’s basically a fasting day :’)
Day 7 Before binge - 263/300cals after binge 1900cals/300cals
Breakfast: slept
Lunch: slept
Tea: 4rice cakes, fibre ones birthday cake bar, Heinz weight watcher chicken noodle soup (263cals)
Weigh in time!

Sw-205lbs or 92kg
Cw on 4/1/2021 -191lbs or 86.6kg
Loss of 14lbs

Today’s been great been too busy working and drinking black coffee to remember to even think about food, when I got home I was so tired I climbed straight to bed looking like a zombie, just updating you all before I go to sleep again, night everyone stay safe

Basically I went over because I’m stupid and couldn’t read a tin, thought I had picked up chicken noodle soup but got cream of soup :’)
Breakfast- 2 monster ultra and 2 rice crackers (94cals)
Lunch- monster ultra, chicken soup, 2 rice crackers (155cals)
Tea- 27g of sour patch kids (99cals)
Snack - 2 fibre one bars (168cals)
Tomorrow’s a fast day and it’s gonna be hilarious :’) as you can see by my version of this diet I’m not that bothered about nutrition I get that from vitamins

Today had a long day at work so it was literally torture on my feet all day, I drank so much black coffee that I lost my appetite, I’ve decided too that my weigh ins will be eat the end of every week so i’ll Update you all on my current weight on the 14th
