Food:5 Sv ricecakes (165cals)

Was going to fast but got home from work and my flatmate stressed me out so ended up finishing what was left of the pack :’)

I’m gonna guess on Monday my weight will be the same as before or gone up

Thermobol fat burners
Multivitamin


Today I slept all day to avoid the kitchen and flatmates so I only had 2 cans of sparkling water :’) distracted myself from food by playing video games too, going to try remember to eat tomorrow. Days where I don’t eat seem easier to me than when I do

5 rice crackers over the day (159cals)
Lamb soup with bean sprouts (241cals)

Don’t know what went through me thinking of putting bean sprouts into soup was literally the worst idea ever :’)

On brighter news I’m noticing results in my stomach and jaw line :D

Day 14. 338/350cal

Breakfast-straight up honesty I ate 9 salt and vinegar rice cakes :’) (286cals)

Lunch- weight watchers chicken noodle soup (51cals)

Today’s weigh - 188lbs
Total loss 18lbs would have been more except I did have a binge in the week :’) but I’m soo happy that I’m out of the 190’s

As mentioned above basically I suck at this plan
Day 15 1637/250cals

Breakfast- 2ricecakes
Lunch- chicken noodle soup and 2 rice cakes
Tea- cheese and tomato pizza,sour skittle and 4 cookies

I’m not sure what happened today in all honesty, I took fat burners,didn’t drink coffee and I was on my feet for 12hours so when I was in work I had brain fog and omg the dizzy spells were horrific So at tea I decided to have more calories then I’ll fast some extra days this week :’) I’m such a train wreck

Just black coffee all day.

Could have went on a bad binge today, but I told myself “i starve myself when upset not binge” people in my life just constantly seem to be taking advantage of me either at home or in work just feels like they all look at me and think yeah he’ll do it just want to lock myself away and sleep .

Sorry for the emo-y post but this website is literally the only place I have to rant to understanding people :’)

Dude, wtf, 18 pounds???? That's wild. Pretty sure I've gained like 3lbs in the time you've been doing this.

Stuck at the surface.

Not making progress.

Basically went on a mad binge for past couple days since my work has been stressful and I couldn’t cope without shoving sour patch kids in my mouth :’)

I am going to start back at day 1 tomorrow because I want to commit to the diet and have it show the accurate results :’)

No past self I am not doing abc, gonna stop low restriction whilst I’m studying so I don’t get brain fog i’ll Still be high restricting at maybe 1200cals (I’m a 5ft 11 male should be low enough)

Sorry to be a failure at this diet but I want the highest grades I can get so I can get into university and I don’t think I can on less than 500cals.
