I picked mine up from my apartment yesterday. It’s from Etsy I think it came in a couple days but I haven’t been home 🥲 most bracelets don’t fit my wrist so Etsy is amazing for custom fits etc and you can find so much in there + supporting small business! Win win

I'm actually not sure about the dragonfly but the butterfly is a reference to I guess ana butterflies haha. it's a little cringe, but over the years (well at least to me, but I'm guessing for many others as well) the butterfly has kind of become like a symbol for anorexia. My bracelet has a butterfly mainly also because I prefer butterflies over dragonflies

Back in the early ana forum days dragonflies were used as a symbol because they have a metamorphosis like butterflies, and some species of dragonfly don't eat once they reach adulthood. Lol. 

 

But in general butterflies and dragonflies (and other insects that undergo metamorphosis) have been used for ages to symbolize renewal and self-actualization.
