i dont really count calories but if i had to estimate it would probably be at around ~700. im still losing slowly even at an underweight bmi


I’m really struggling to lose weight and esp at underweight even if my calorie intake is low or nothing

I have eaten 700/800 for 2 years, beforehand 1000 a day.
b/p 3 times a week, no exercise, office job. Planning on "protein fasting" for 2 days a week.

Lost 30 kgs within six years , having months and years of plateaus of course.

My bmi is 19.5? now but want to reach 18.


Do u eat more than one meal or spread it out

im 5'7 for height ref but im also prescribed vyvanse / adderall for severe adhd so that very likely played a part in how quick i lost, so dont beat yourself up about it ❤

Hey,
during office days I don't eat (20 hrs fasting). I will have a protein bar after work. One meal a day or b/p.

In my home office I often snack or have a little lunch. I eat sweets often without purging 😄
