800 for me is the highest tier of low restriction. i low restrict, and 800 is my ultimate max calories (usually try to keep it under 500 on average). i won't go over that unless i have a planned binge day. but high restriction is usually closer to 1000-1200 per diem. it is dependent on the person, of course, but 800/day is generally considered part of low restriction.
I pretty much do this now... 600 was my max but happier at 500, but recently Iβve upped it to max 800 as keep plateauing and been advised it might help to vary my intake... but I try and stick closer to 500/600 on some days, too. Just curious how much weight you lose each week/month doing this?
