omg okay so im OBSESSED with the spice za'atar i literally put it on everything and its really good on veggies. the calories vary i think but its around 20-40 range for 1tbsp and you dont even need this much cos its so aromatic. (some people hate it tho like my dad cant stand it so its very much you either love it or you hate it). but yeah when i cook vegetables i just add za'atar to them and they taste really good. i think its quite obscure so i doubt it will be in regular supermarkets you might have to order online or find a specialist shop (levantine shops etc)

TIPS: how to sPicE up your veggies

ohhhh yes
so eggplant/carrot/zuchhini with a bit of water, salt, pepper and /or ur fav seasoning. chuck it inmicrowave for like 1.3 mins and boom. u can combine all 3 or do just one or do sweet potatoes etc. not cucumber tho lol. i remember crying over this exact meal, just zuchhini, and then binging on the fibre one bars i hate like 6 lol
also idk if u want to add extrasbut if u want it cold scoop out insides of cucumber halved lengthways , eat or chuck in bin and fill cucumber with tuna. u can add pepper if u want but no salt cause tuna is salty as is
hope i helped

You could also add some salsa (usually like 5 cals for 2 tablespoons) or sugar free fat free dressings. Walden farms makes them & I’m sure there are others.
